Cameron Jorss Cameron Jorss is a Partner in the Corporate & Commercial team.
Cameron specialises in corporate law, including capital raising and company floats, mergers and acquisitions, financial services law and managed investment schemes and joint ventures.
Prior to joining Carter Newell, Cameron worked in a national law firm as a partner and has also worked in-house as a legal counsel for a publicly listed company, where he was responsible for the day-to-day legal affairs and operations of the company and its subsidiaries, both in Australia and the Asia Pacific region.
Cameron is a member of the Australian Private Equity & Venture Capital Association Ltd, Financial Services Institute of Australasia and the Australian Corporate lawyers Association. |
